Urgent But Not Life Threatening

Non-urgent

Use NHS 111 if:

For advice and information only, please contact 111 during the day. They can signpost you to various services, find you an emergency dentist, and support you if you are having a mental health crisis. For medical problems after 6:30pm and at week ends, they are here to help.

111 may say that you need to contact your surgery within 2 hours (or longer) if you have called them during a working day. This does not mean you will be seen within 2 hours or longer. Our trained care navigators will assess your problem and deal with it appropriately.
