How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, you may be asked to contact the surgery for the result of an investigation.
Please remember that our care navigators cannot discuss your results as they are not clinical.
If you require a copy of your results, please call in at reception with proof of ID and we will print them for you. We cannot email results to a non-secure email address.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone on 0117 2444123 after 2pm.
